FAQ
What kind of sites do you have?
15 back-in, full-hookup sites on concrete pads with 20, 30, and 50 amp service.
How big an RV can you fit?
We fit rigs of every size.
What are your rates?
$75 a night, $300 a week, or $550 a month plus electric.
How do I reserve a site?
Call (903) 240-9623 or send a request on our Book a Site page with a photo ID and photos of all four sides of your RV. Once we approve your request and call to confirm your site, you’ll send the $300 deposit.
Is there an age limit on RVs?
Yes. RVs must be 10 years old or newer.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel, 50% of your deposit is refunded.
How can I pay?
Cash App (preferred), Apple Cash, Zelle, or Venmo.
Do you have restrooms, showers, or laundry?
Not yet. They’re coming soon, along with a clubhouse, propane fill station, and camp store.
Is there a dump station?
Every site has its own sewer hookup.
